This is the worst car rental experience I have ever had! The lady who works the front desk is RUDE! And lack customer service. She needs a new job because she’s clearly not happy with her current one. The way she spoke to me was unacceptable, almost has if SHE was the one paying for a SERVICE. Then she tried to sell me a ridiculous toll plan 13.99 a day! When i refused, her attitude got worst! She started pretty much yelling saying if I go through the sun pass I would pay 25 dollar charge. Other car rental companies charge you a 5.00 penalty fee. This company is a total rip off! Save your money, Time, and energy. Go elsewhere!! It also took them 45 mins to pick me up from the airport! Stay AWAY from right cars Fort Lauderdale!
