Horrible phone service
I opened an account three years ago and everything was OK until today. I visited their branches and everyone was nice and helpful. There were short lines sometimes. But I suppose that is OK. That is inevitable. But today I needed to get in touch with them on the phone and there was no one to answer. I called 4 times, listened to the automated messages and that’s all. No one answered me. They system just hung up on me 4 times. In the end I decided to schedule a call via their website. I set the appointment. But the time passed 10 minutes ago. There were no calls or messages. Hope they will get in touch with me today or I will have to go to the branch. And I do not have so much free time to waste it on that trip.
