Hello, My name is Tea Zagorac and I started an online chat with Ammad due to the overcharge on my Enmax bill. As I tried to explain my situation the agent ignored what I have said and ended up disconnecting from the chat still making me pay the overcharge which was over 300$ and my bill was only 80$. There was no implication where I showed aggression nor violence and I have a transcript receipt to prove the entire conversation.
