Horrible, nightmare to deal with, incompetent staff
We've had problems since the very beginning with RingCentral. They were a nightmare to deal with. For every issue, you call the call center and waste so much time explaining the same issue to a different person. We constantly have calls that just aren't answered and clients are either forwarded immediately to voice mail or just wait forever as the line rings for them and not for us, if the service works at all. I was disconnect once while working with their tech team...and never called back! Staff are not trained into actually solving issues which makes things even more frustrating. I would never recommend this service to anyone. The customer service and the actual technology that they employ is awful.
