Horrible internet wi-fi and service.

DSL 5Mbps download never goes above 3Mbps. Regularly goes to 200kbps on a regular basis for hours at a time. Call customer service and you get crackly connection to the Philippines. They will then try to convince it is your equipment. As an engineering tech in high-tech, I have to prove that they are wrong. Then they tell you there is nothing they can do. They refuse to take care of their low-bandwidth problem effecting everyone in the area. User's recommendation: Go with a better provider...if you can.
