We ordered two harnesses for our two dogs. We measured by their directions and the harnesses do not fit. We tried every adjustment. The quality is not as advertised. They refuse to take them back saying due to being personalized. Well, the "personalization" is a name on a Velcro tab, it is not permanently embroidered on the harness itself. They offered 40% to buy another set of harnesses...what a joke. They will not fit either and we're not wasting more money. User's recommendation: Do not purchase from Doggykingdom.
