Horrible.. Horrible.. Horrible

First they charged my credit card without me ever changing to automatic bank draft. Second I didn't have the funds in my bank account so I overdraft and well I was charged the overdraft fee. Third went in person here in San Benito at the HEB location to fix this issue and supposedly the agent there did and said she would contact me via email to update me. Never heard from her again and clearly nothing was fixed. Basically she lied to my face. Fourth their website is just as useless as this company and their agents including 1-800 customer service. So ya currently trying to find another insurance agency.
