Update by user Aug 29, 2019 Potential partial refund in review Original review posted by user Aug 27, 2019 I ordered lanyards and badge holders with this company and used their specs to print my own name cards. When the holders arrived they were the wrong size and the name cards didn't fit in them. When I reached out to them they took forever to get back to me saying they were looking for a larger badge holder. They didn't seem to understand that the specs they are giving people on their website are wrong and they wouldn't give me refund in the amount that would cover my name card reprint. They only wanted to give me back the cost of the badge holders. They offered to reprint my cards for me but then didn't understand my printing instructions and took awhile getting back to me when they knew the deadline for my event. When they did get back they wanted to extend the date of delivery (past my event date). Then I decided to just reprint the cards with my trusted local printer. I asked for the refund they originally offered and am waiting to hear back. I will never recommend or use this company again.
