Horrible Experience – DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

I am a Disabled Veteran and Purchased Bob Segar tickets for upcoming show in Nashville. I am on a limited budget. The tickets were advertised as being in a specific section and gave me a row number which specified AA - P. Not knowing that the seats rows were AA (front row in the section} to P which is the nose bleed of that section. I thought I was in Row AA and in seat P. After I purchased the tickets, the confirmation notification stated that this was a section seat and it could be anywhere in the section. If this was specified before I purchased, I wouldn't have bought them. I called the customer service department within 5 minutes of the purchase explaining what had occurred, They could care less about my complaint and just kept on stating that all sales are final. They understood my complaint, agreed it wasn't right reviewing my claims, but all sales are final. Buyer beware. This company can care less about valid complaints and only care for the quick buck. What they don't realize, is that they will not have repeat customers because of misleading advertising. BUYERS BEWARE!
