I am the Personal Representative for my brothers estate who passed recently. His mortgage was given to SLS a couple of months ago by Bank of America. I sent all the requested documents to prove I am authorized to handle the estate affairs on multiple occasions. Each time I contact them they say they can’t speak to me because they do not have a record of receiving documents to allow it. Documents have been mailed, faxed and emailed to no avail. It’s an attempt to possess the home no doubt. I have an attorney involved who also has sent them documentation twice and are being told the same thing. Specialized Loan Servicing is crooked, fraudulent and inept. They should not be allowed to operate!
