Horrible customer service they actually hung up on me

This company insists on having your credit information even if you already have the cash in hand they will not schedule an appointment to come out with you until you allow them to check your credit. This is wrong, theyre only trying to find out how much you can be financed door so they can up the price and talk you into a more expensive pool. When I questioned her ethics on the situation the girl laughed at me and hung up the phone. User's recommendation: Don’t contact this company.
