My two bridesmaids and I were in the Erie, PA store in the fall to find my wedding dress and have them try on/also order their bridesmaids dresses. The "helper" we were given was TERRIBLE!! She couldn't have been 18, was not helpful at all, told me personally she didn't have any of the saved dresses in store (which was a complete lie), and when it came to trying on dresses for myself and my girls she completely went MIA....This is your job....so that left my mom and friend to help me-When it came to my bridesmaids to try on dresses she was no where to be found and left us as a group to search on our own...absolutely no guidance. Horrible experience!! When it came to checking out at the end, she was more concerned in ordering her COFFEE order rather that help us check out and order our dresses. So someone else helped us......well then that lead to us now finding out 6 months later (that's how long these freaking dresses took to get in!) that the girls had completely different dresses-Both are one shoulder but they have opposite shoulders, one has a slit and the other doesn't and on top of this they both have COMPLETELEY different materials!!! Like come on! This is your flippin job; if she would have paid more attention to us as her clients maybe this would've been right. At this point we are 6 weeks away from our wedding and NOTHING can be done....Thank you to Davids Bridal and individually the girl who was assigned to us for completely ruining this. We left with a bad taste in our mouth and now this! I WILL NEVER shop or refer anyone to your store ever, and I should go up to the store and cause a huge scene but you are not worth it! You are all so freaking corporate to care about the brides and customers that come into your store. Thank you for ruining our wedding. User's recommendation: Never Shop here! If I could give negative numbers for a review I would!!
