Horrible customer service, no show, no help from anyone

John Cowles, the CEO should be ashamed and disgraced for the way he handles his business and employees. IT is clear that he doesnt care about the customers. I have tried to contact him at the corporate office. It leads to no where. He does not answer anyone. I am so pissed off. worst decision I ever made. Talk about wasting money. and when you try to get help they just put you on hold. User's recommendation: Stay away from them. They are unprofessional, unreliable. and not worth your money. I am a brand new customer and I tried to call them since 10am. to ask questions about my service. I have since decided and have been trying to cancel my service. ALL I get is being put on hold and transferred and put on hold again.
