Original review updated by user Jul 23, 2021 Ordered and paid for a pool in May 2021 - Told would be installed in about 3 weeks - Unable to talk to anyone at the company at all - Just holding for over 1 1/2 hours - Finally Someone called me to set up installation - beginning of July - Installation day (July 23rd) came - No one showed up - no calls - unable to get anyone in the installation department to talk to me - was told by young lady that answered the phone that I should just wait - someone will call me - Very Frustrating day - - Feel like a complete fool trusting this company - User's recommendation: Do not believe this company - This is a scam - save your money and sanity - Use a different Pool company.
