Horrible customer service for horrible product

DI made 2 purchases. First was a mens bracelet which I paid extra to monogram, the monogram was a blurry bunch of scratches. Second time I ordered a monogrammed tray for jewelry, I figured how can that get screwed up. As soon as I ordered it I realized a old address was on the delivery address. I called immediately and was on hold 35 minutes then after being transferred several times they hung up on me. Called back, long wait, then I was told it was my problem, they couldnt cancel and couldnt change address. I called UPS and was told that Mark and Graham had placed restrictions on shipping and address could not be changed or redirected. User's recommendation: Don’t ever buy anything from them!!
