Horrible customer service due to bad phone numbers

I was expecting a shipment yesterday and it never arrived. The last update was 2 days ago. After searching the website for 20 min. for a phone number for customer service, I finally did an online search. Every number I found online was a bad number. I need ensure someone is available to receive the shipment. I can't reach CEVA and they don't update their tracking. Completely unacceptable. User's recommendation: Don't use CEVA.
