Horrible customer service/ dishonest business practices

Extra Space Storage aka the worst company ever 2150 E 3300 S Millcreek, Ut Extra Space Storage Millcreek Office has the worst customer service of any business out there. I stored a car there for 4 years and the rates went from $286.50 in 2016 to $411.00 in 2020. During the 4 years the access to my storage was limited 6 separate times the last one in June 2020 is for 55 days. They still owe me half my money for June but won't pay. This place is a joke!!! User's recommendation: Do go near this dishonest place.
