I needed to make seven phone calls to reach out to customer service. I have requested the refund and one of the agents answered that it will be done in 24 hours, I will get an email confirmation that the refund has been sent. I was waiting for 2 days and I've received no email. I made one more call and say just hang me up. I called 5 more times and the situation didn't change then I was asking for a supervisor and still have been ignored. Finally, they found a person who could speak clearly and give me the answers to my question. The agent made a refund and told me is that the reason why they didn't send me the refund earlier was the unknowledge of how to contact corporate offices to make a refund. An awful customer service, I don't recommend it to anyone and I'm very happy that the services are not working in my area now.
