I visited the Chilis in Camp Creek Marketplace and had the worse experience ever. Not only did I wait over 1hr 30min for food that was to be ready in 30min I went inside to check on the order and was told it wasnt ready I saw it sitting off to the side with my name on it. I then pointed it out to the waitress, she proceeds to tell me it just came out (when I been standing right here)smh she started getting rude and loud followed up by wanting to fight me ..I ask for a manager and when one came she started off by telling me the waitress side of the story then I told her mines the outcome was my meal was to be free because it was cold..well needless to say I never received my refund User's recommendation: Think twice before visiting this Chili’s.
