Horrible customer customer

I purchased a refrigerator from your Doraville location on September 7th. My delivery has been canceled twice call your customer service was disconnected. Called again spoke to a very rude man stating its nothing he can do about it and that I have two options wait for the item to come in or get my money back. The problem I have with this situation is that Brand smart is selling item that is not in stock and their associates should know if an item is in stock or not. But they are scheduling delivery dates that's not going to be met. I would not be so upset if I was told before I purchased the refrigerator it was on back order then I would have been prepared. User's recommendation: Get confirmation before hand that item is in stock and at the warehouse.
