I sold my house and cancelled my policy on July 3rd and I have still not received my check refund 5 weeks later. I have been told a different story every time I call. Seems like they are trying to make up every story in the book to hold onto my money for as long as they can. I bought and sold multiple homes over the years and never waited more than 2 weeks for a refund after I sold a home. I have dealt with many insurance carriers and they all were great, never had an issue until dealing with Gulf Stream. After reading the reviews on this company, now I know why they have such a bad reputation. Avoid Gulf Stream Insurance, they are terrible.
