after you book a flight and it sends a confirm/text that you authorized that amount on your credit card--- they can wait for hours-and if the price goes up--they just book it at that price w/out even telling you. was supposed to get the ticket in 1-5 hrs. was over 7 and good luck getting ahold of anyone. your best bet is the live chat. phone-after on hold 20 minutes several times -- finally got someone that was so rude and then would just get silent , then hang up. they are so un ethical and I would think it should be illegal.. so many others out there to book with!! (it wasn't any cheaper)
