Horrendously rude, unprofessional employees

Today, I went to my local ups store to return an Amazon.com order. I have done this a few times before, and always had polite service, and easy returns. Not today. The two employees working there today ignored me at first. One of the employees (neither was wearing a name tag) approached the counter angrily and asked what I wanted. When I told her that I needed to print a label and return a package, she tossed a business card on the counter and demanded that I e-mail the label to the one on the card. As I started to do as ordered, she growled that I'd need to pay 3.00 to print the label. And that I'd need to provide an additional 5.00 to send the package. As I'd never had to pay these fees before, I asked how and why that had changed, as Amazon had always payed the return fees before. She glared at me and repeated the costs of the ‘fees'. As I felt very uncomfortable with her bullying, intimidating behavior; I decided to leave. I don't think I'll ever be returning to that particular ups store ever again. Please, ups store, please do better in the future.
