Homeowners claim roof
Farm Bureau looked at a roof on a rental property that had a wind sheer. They would only patch the roof in many places with their selected handyman. They did so and it leaked again. They did pay for the damage and again said they would only patch it with the same person. He was not licensed to my knowledge for roofing. The roof then leaked and in their own report, it said there was over 60,000 worth of damages. They then got another inspector to say he saw no damage and it was 150 dollars to repair. This took place over a 8 month period as it took them this long to get someone out to look at the damages. This is unlike anything Farm Bureau has done before, but if it is their new trend, then I would not go to them for insurance. Will not recommend again.
