We were roped into a loan through GreenSky at the recommendation of a foundation repair company we are using. I think mostly to save time, the salesman who did our estimate only put my husband's name on the loan - though I am the primary manager of the account. When after the first two months, GreenSky took the money for a payment out of my account without removing it from my balance, I tried to call to remedy the situation. Not only was the customer service representative extremely unhelpful, but she was also very rude. I had to have my husband call to track down the money that GreenSky did not post to my account. Keep a close eye on your balance if using this company - they'll attempt to steal from you and give you the run-around if you try to call to track your funds down.
