I'm paying RM300+ per month for [censored]ty service. Constantly disconnected from zoom calls, skype and losing connectivity in any situation possible. The wifi is beyond unstable and only exists when it feels like it. Non-operational during night or morning and functions now and then during the afternoon. Filed a complaint and called their customer service to be told it was a cable problem. Paid RM60 to get it fixed and the stress went away only for a day. The continuing morning, I was constantly kicked out of zoom and google was loading like waiting for a man to get pregnant. Absolutely mad and furious that I am not the only person suffering from this. Maxis, do better. Improve your connection, reduce your ridiculously priced products and be [censored]ing decent.
