This company is a complete joke. My son was told to email his i.d and ssn to prove his identity, they then claim they didn't get it until we tell them date and time. Then they back track and claim they have it, to then say there is no phoneline at the department we need to speak too. This is the 2nd time today we have called theyre condescending and refuse to unlock his card User's recommendation: Do not use.
