Hodges Window and Door -Almost illegal sales practices

Mr. Frank Gugino of the Hodges Windows in Northern VA, indicated we would be receiving the highest quality windows, when the windows were installed. The windows and installation failed miserably. We asked the company to make it right, and did not. We asked their windows be removed and they did not. We have now paid over $3,000.00. We are extremely pissed as I am a disabled veteran and required a quiet window. Due to my disability. I indicated sound abatement was critical with our window purchase. Bottomline...from my opinion, do NOT puchase anything from this company...they are "smoke and mirrors".
