Been shopping for a vehicle for awhile. Finally found one in my prive range and basically did the deal over the phone. The evening before and negotiated price and came to a ok i am agreeing to this and i will purchase. Talked to sales associate 4 times over phone and confirmed. I live almost two hours away and spoke yet again to said associate that i am on my way after they called wanting to know how i was financing and told them again all cash, ok we are cleaning your vehicle now and will be ready for you when you get here late afternoon ... i get there 3 hours earlier then what was thought, only to find out that they sold vehicle day before to someone else, demanded my deposit back i put down over phone, will take two business days to put that back, and tried to show me vehicles i had no interest in what so ever, out of my price range, and wanted to trap me into financing. I have never seen anything like this. I would rather slam my *** in a truck door then see this company on business wasteing peoples time, and gas, as well as going back on their word especially when they had paper work in hand showing they sold my vehicle i was comming to get. Their website shows different vehicles from what they are selling as far as models and colors using a stock photo and information of what they claim to be selling and then get an attitude with you when your upset that they wont give you your $1000.00 that you put down over phone. I hope the staff there burn in *** for getying my hopes up, and wasteing not only my tome for taking off work, but someone elses time taking off work to take me out there. Inconsiderate *** I wish i could not give them any stars at all.
