Good afternoon, I wish to commend one of your Staff members, Chantelle. After a succession of conversations with other members of staff starting with a Gentleman "Benjamin" I spent an hour and 45 minutes being pushed from pillar to post and my concerns and grievances were not being addressed, I finally ended up ready to cancel my Talktalk contract, Chantelle listened and then explained why I was unable to re-contract with the advertised package on both your website and my account, this I feel needs to be addressed in your customer care training and also to be made clearer on these platforms Chantelle is a credit to your organisation and I hope she is recognised for her efforts.
