my light bill is $123.67 and con Edison is charging me a $228.89 +$15.87 delivery fee for my service, a total bill of $368.43, this is a hard time for everyone, I am on disability income and this is just not right and no matter how we complain to them, we have no way to turn too for help. every year con Edison has been raising its prices and we struggle to pay bills and meets our monthly cost of living and we try to cut down on usage and then now they are saying no matter if you don't use the power, you will still charge these outrageous delivery charges
