Bought two items for $29 each, 40x40x40cm and light. There was no freight calculation options anywhere until the invoice came. Wow! $360 for Syd to Mel. They are clearly making money on freight! After 6 attempts to cancel the purchase with support, my only option was to pay 10% ($42) or my account would be suspended. Zero acknowledgement from anyone in support as to the actual situation. So, after years of being satisfied with Grays Online, they are happy to no longer have me as a cutomer. Suspended my account without any communication! Crazy! Sno happy to not have me as a customer. Crazy business ethics! User's recommendation: Grays are moving towards a marketplace model where they don't hold the stock. Beware of freight charges. If they display as $0, don't do it! Or go with Amazon.
