HF650M does not fit

Good morning, I have emailed and submitted the form document with no reply. The tonneaus cover does not fit my vehicle. The clinch system will not engage which is preventing the cover from sitting flush. Also the weather seal is ripped . I want to start the refund process. User's recommendation: Call the number and leave a message.
