Hey listen I’m on my third day trying to get my money back that I put on the card and the card never received it or my account never received it I have the receipt I have the card but I have no money

I bought a prepaid gold bank MasterCard debit card at Walmart I added $50 then the minute it never arrived its at zero and the funny part there was $.53 on it before I added the 50 and everything was gone now I need my money back User's recommendation: Are you kidding me I’m on my third day so I’ve spent hours upon hours trying to fix this and I still haven’t been able to fix it so now I have nothing good to say.
