Hewlett Packard virtually took over my computer and made it stop working. I had gone online and wanted to look at possibly getting another printer. And as soon as I got off line from the Hewlett Packard site my printer got an error message. I had put cough brand cartridges in my printer that I had been using for over a month, and suddenly the error message stated that I had to take out those cartridges and replace with Hewlett-Packard proprietary printer cartridges. I called Hewlett-Packard six times to try and get them to unlock my printer.With no success. The printer is being returned to Costco now. User's recommendation: Don’t buy HP ink!!
