The same thing happened to us. We were then contacted by a Cynthia Lopez from the supposed Bank of International Settlements stating that they were taking Henderson Group to court for fraud. The next day, she called and said we were awarded over $100,000 for our losses and that a bank official would contact us to set up an account and convert the money into US dollars and send it to us. Someone did call to set up an account but we never did receive any money. Pretty sure that whole thing was a scam too. Maybe they did take it to court and took our settlement too. Not sure where to turn to for answers.
