We also purchased a time share through Cabo Viejo in 2015 with the understanding that The Henderson Group Investments would pay the $4800 for the 4 weeks we didn't use. This was supposed to start Jan. 2017. We are still waiting for the money and no one responds through the email correspondence. We thought both Cabo Viejo/Residences at LaVista along with The Henderson Group Investments were legitimate companies. We have other timeshares in Cabo San Lucas that we purchased through reputable timeshare residences and didn't realize that we are possibly scammed from this timeshare. Any other remarks/experiences?
