It took them 5 1/2 hours to move a 1 person, one bedroom apartment. When we arrived at the destination apartment the movers refused to unload my stuff until I settled the bill in full for more than twice what I was quoted. I have a nervous dog around strangers so I had to stay outside during the unload. When I got inside after they left I found they dumped every box regardless of the destination room written on it in the dining room. Boxes crushed, upside down, everything else they could toss in a pile. Not only do they rob you, but they also spit in your face with their terrible service. User's recommendation: 10 foot pole.
