i woke up this morning with pellets in the hopper but no pellets dropping into fire pot,, i just bought this stove 9/19/20,, they came and installed the stove, but no one told me or showed me how to operate the stove, i called the dealer WALLS IRRIGATION in milford, delaware,,, i was told it would cost me a service call of 89.00 per hr for someone to come here and tell me what was wrong,,, i was also told the i had to empty the hopper a vac the hopper that something was stuck,, after i did this the stove started and was feeding the pellets and i now have heat,,,, the dealer was worthless in helping me out,, i was told GOOD LUCK !!! after two phone calls to other dealers i was told what i could do,, and fixed the problem,, i wish that i had never bought the stove from WALLS IRRIGATION,,, as far as im concerned they are a worthless DEALER for your stoves,,i will NEVER deal w/them again,, OR FOR WARR ONLY!! Thank You Bob Ruczay YOUR 1 80* 664 **** NUMBER?? IS NOT A GOOD NUMBER FOR HELP,,, THEY WANTED TO SELL ME A LIFE ALERT !! User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY YOUR STOVE FROM WALLS,,,
