The repair man Gene that comes to repair my pool heater is very rude and condescending. He told me not to talk to customer service only to him and that there was a secret filter in my heater that was dirty. We just bought the heater last year and havent turned it on until this year.I would like to have a different repair person assigned to my address for future repairs. User's recommendation: Do not let litehouse send Gene for repairs.
