So I bought a necklace from you guys on Friday March 5th 2021 so not even a month ago ! I've only worn it a few times & one night as I was taking it off I realized a tarnished type of stain on it from the front that goes all the way around the back of it on the heart (it literally looks like sweat around the necklace) so I brought it back to the natick store where I bought it & the lady was very nice and told me basically yeah that does happen and they don't know why she did offer that when they open back up for free cleanings again I could get it clean but it would only take the scratches off not the tarnish. I am so DISAPPOINTED I spend 239 on your necklace and it did that in less in a month I don't even wear it anymore !!! This is not ok I've bought necklaces from you guys before & worn them a lot more and that never happened!!!
