I have paid for my annual subscription last year in summer and I haven't used it much. I wanted to start using to notice that I only have the free option. I have sent several email to customer service and no one has replied yet for the last two weeks, considering they are advising a response within 3 days. I did read so many reviews of people being ripped off and not being supported in using their apps that they paid for. This is totally unacceptable and it's such a bad image on the company. You will lose many customers in this manner!
