customer service guy mark is an idiot. i work as a Q&A customer service representative for a company and we have good responses, but this mark person has no idea what he is doing! all he is doing just pushing me, referring to go somewhere else to complete my inquiry and fill out some forms. In the END, i ended up going back around to him and he still doesn't remember me and keeps asking same questions. i asked to speak to manager and he said they will get back to me as soon as possible. he never did respond back EVER! its been 4 weeks! I don't recommend company, cheap crap stuff trying to brand them selves to the real big boys, with *** as customer service who doesn't know nothing and can't speak clearly.
