Having troubles after updating

I updated my system and now I have to upload a YouTube video and its not letting me upload its asking me to purchase another subscription which I have already purchased I put in my activation code and re-downloaded but now it wont let me into my video Im really not happy that theres not a customer service representative that I can physically speak to Im having issues I have two hours to upload my video and no help
