After writing to accounting at rich querying why I had not received monies into my account after 8 days was told that now I have to wait 15 working days to receive funds. This means from time of withdrawal to receiving money owed is a full month. This is a ploy and unacceptable.Why do they accept your deposit immediately but make you wait a full month for your winnings.
