Having no luck with this company

Contacted them , sent them forms .. they said we owe over $5000 dollars in late fees ..told when I contacted them $1300 would get it back in good standings didnt even know they had got my loan from movement mortgage.. got checks they sent back because they where $5 short of the loan payment... are you kidding me $5 bucks so you ruin someones credit over $5 dollars
