Haven’t used it in two years

I would like to cancel my membership, because I see that $39.00 was deducted from my checking account, when its suppose to be $19.00. I have not used it in two years and it was close 2020?due to COVID and you were still charging my account. Please cancel my account and return the $39.00 payment fir the month of February. Thank you Mary Hernandez
