Haven’t received my two hair trimmers

I ordered two All-in-One Hair Trimmers. I ordered them 10th May 2020. I still haven't received them. I have already tried to get them delivered but haven't received them. They took out $36.53 out of my account. Receipt #2349-96**-**52-7390. Diana Gail Dutton 314Leona St. Houma,LA70363 Please help me out.
