Haven’t received my money yet

I placed an order for Morepan Gluco meter for Rs799/,I got a message from u,if I pay online in adv,arebate of 100/&; I have to pay 699/,which I paid fr.my SBI Credit Card ending 5560 on 9/6/20,.Due to ur late del.schedule I cancelled the order the same day 9/6/20,.I have not yet received the refund in my Cr.Card a/c.I am a Senior citizen,pl .refund immediately.
