Haven’t received my item in 3 months

I haven't received my item in over 3 months. Last month I got an email asking for a rating. I didn't give a rating but I replied that I haven't received the item yet. I've tried to address the matter several times. I have not gotten a reply back yet. Still waiting on my item, bought and paid for. User's recommendation: Beware. Bad business. Shop somewhere else.
